Senior Specialist – Portfolio Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join the Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group (CWIBG) as a Senior Specialist in Portfolio Management. The role focuses on optimizing loan and insurance‑supported portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing capital efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support CWIBG portfolio management by optimizing loan and insurance‑supported portfolios, focusing on quality, capital efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage portfolio concentration, Risk‑Weighted Assets (RWA), and return metrics in line with internal risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and analysis to inform balance‑sheet optimisation and strategic decisions.
• Identify and record Non‑Payment Insurance (NPI) transactions accurately across bank systems.
• Prepare, review, and deliver portfolio dashboards and management information for monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Credit, Operations, insurers, and brokers to resolve portfolio‑related issues and support capital governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a bank, lending environment, or related investment strategy and risk‑management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Investment or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, capital optimisation, and regulatory frameworks.
