About the role

AIQ is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions for its energy‑sector clients. The role spans the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and reliable operation of APC systems from leading vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage APC project phases from design through commissioning.
• Oversee installation and configuration of AspenTech or Honeywell APC platforms.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to integrate APC solutions with existing plant infrastructure.
• Provide continuous technical support and performance optimisation post‑deployment.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk registers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex industrial control projects.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas processes and safety standards.
• Ability to work with large data sets and AI‑enabled analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
