Senior Specialist – Special Projects & Performance

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Special Projects & Performance will support Talabat’s business performance across its UAE market. You will analyse key metrics, produce actionable insights for senior leadership and drive AI‑enabled productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data, identify trends, anomalies and growth opportunities across Talabat markets.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports for senior management, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address issues impacting business performance and develop strategic initiatives.
• Lead AI use‑case identification for performance teams to enhance productivity.
• Support P&L management and budgeting processes, ensuring targets are met and financial performance is optimised.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance or performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with financial modelling and P&L analysis is strongly preferred.
