About the role
Almarai is seeking a Senior Stock Controller to oversee inventory operations at its outer depots in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands‑on inventory management with leadership of a team of stock controllers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the inventory system for assigned locations.
- Supervise and coach stock controllers, ensuring accurate stock handling.
- Train staff on procedures and company standards.
- Maintain high‑level autonomy in depot operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to support supply‑chain efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years experience in store keeping or as a store in‑charge.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated leadership, patience, cooperation, decision‑making, loyalty and dedication.
