Senior Structural Engineer Site

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to supervise and monitor construction activities on site, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with project specifications. The role involves close coordination with resident engineers, contractors and the design office to deliver structural works on time and within standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor work quality and progress on site.
• Check site safety measures against supervision plans.
• Carry out tasks defined by RSE/RGE checklists.
• Oversee TCPs and Resident Engineers for superstructure, foundation, site formation and ELS works.
• Coordinate and compile supervision reports, including non‑conformities.
• Review contractor submissions and monitor registered contractor TCPs.
• Attend site and project meetings and liaise with the design office on site matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising structural construction works.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures.
• Ability to produce clear supervision reports and manage non‑conformities.
• Excellent coordination skills with engineers, contractors and design teams.
