Senior Supply Chain Officer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Officer to join our Dubai team. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, GCC, you will own end‑to‑end supply chain activities, ensuring product availability while balancing demand and supply across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate demand planning, develop forecasts with Sales & Marketing, and update them in SAP.
• Monitor and report key KPIs such as Sales Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Coverage, and Factory OTIF.
• Manage finished‑goods ordering, back‑order review, and timely order placement.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Regional Supply, and Commercial teams to mitigate supply risks.
• Lead local supply‑chain tasks for new product launches, ensuring timely market entry.
• Own inventory planning, stock modelling, ageing analysis, and optimisation of inventory levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management, demand planning and inventory control.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving forecast accuracy and KPI performance.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Operations teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
