Senior Systems Engineer, UAE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join Nutanix’s Sales Engineering team in Dubai. You will work closely with sales, channel and marketing teams to deliver technical solutions that drive enterprise customers’ adoption of modern infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to the sales team to close deals and win customers.
• Deliver tailored presentations, demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with sales, channel and marketing for effective customer engagement.
• Plan and execute customer visits to uncover business opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Nutanix products, industry trends and competitors.
• Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Achieve performance metrics linked to sales targets and customer adoption.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, systems engineering or solution architecture.
• Proven success supporting large enterprises and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on technical aptitude with the ability to adapt to market demands.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders such as CIOs and CTOs.
