Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Banking (Dubai)

About the role

The client is a leading bank operating across the UAE and GCC, seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for senior and specialist banking positions. This role will focus on Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and related financial services functions in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for senior and specialist banking roles across the UAE and GCC.
• Partner with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage recruitment for Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and related financial services functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines across key banking disciplines.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, market mapping and networking.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitor activity and recruitment trends.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilise the bank’s ATS and recruitment technology to manage activity and reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within a large international bank.
• At least 5 years working in the GCC with strong knowledge of the regional banking talent market.
• Current experience based in Dubai/UAE; relocation candidates will not be considered.
• Proven experience recruiting for Corporate Banking and Investment Banking roles.
• Demonstrable experience in direct sourcing, headhunting and building talent pipelines.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
