Clear Engineering is partnering with a fast‑growing data‑centre start‑up to expand its Talent Acquisition function. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager based in Dubai, you will lead the recruitment strategy for construction, engineering and real‑estate projects worldwide, ensuring the business secures top senior‑level talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with project growth.
• Engage senior and C‑suite candidates, assess suitability, and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Recruit across multiple verticals within construction and engineering projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract and retain high‑calibre talent.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions into the organisation.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and leading recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated senior‑level recruitment expertise with deep market knowledge.
