About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and expand our recruitment function for a fast‑growing data‑centre start‑up. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape talent strategy, attract top‑tier candidates and ensure seamless onboarding across construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Engage and manage senior‑level and C‑suite candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive hiring across multiple verticals within construction and engineering projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages to secure high‑calibre talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to integration.
• Oversee onboarding processes to guarantee smooth transitions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and leading recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated success recruiting senior‑level professionals and understanding of the relevant market.
