Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare & Licensing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑life‑cycle recruitment for specialized healthcare, administrative and leadership positions in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic talent sourcing with management of licensing and credentialing workflows, ensuring candidates meet UAE health authority requirements before deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring for clinical, corporate and executive roles.
• Oversee DataFlow primary source verification and conversion of DOH/DHA/MOH licences for all candidates.
• Apply advanced Boolean search techniques, professional networks and direct headhunting to build talent pipelines.
• Lead recruitment projects, mentor junior sourcers and optimise candidate deployment processes.
• Collaborate with department heads and operational leads to define hiring timelines and role specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in UAE healthcare recruitment.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing frameworks (DOH, DHA, MOH) and DataFlow credentialing.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives and manage workflow priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
