Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

MultiBank Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment across its global operations. The role partners with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, corporate, and commercial positions worldwide.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and provide market insights.
• Source candidates via direct search, professional networks, referrals, social platforms, and the ATS.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows in the ATS.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent MultiBank Group at recruitment events.
• Maintain talent market intelligence, including competitor mapping and compensation benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, banking, or multinational environments.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume and niche recruitment across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruitment skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
