About the role

OrbitronAI is scaling its AI‑driven operating system platform and needs a senior recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and commercial teams. As a Senior Talent Partner you will be the trusted partner for hiring managers, ensuring a rigorous, evidence‑based selection process and a top‑tier candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, AI, security, DevOps, operations, sales and delivery roles.
• Source, screen and assess candidates with a structured, data‑driven approach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role criteria, calibrate interview panels and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain high hiring standards and act as a gatekeeper to protect the talent bar.
• Own and continuously improve the candidate experience and internal hiring processes.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of hands‑on technical and/or commercial recruiting, preferably in high‑growth AI or enterprise‑software environments.
• Strong technical fluency to evaluate engineering and commercial candidates credibly.
• Evidence‑based evaluation mindset with sharp judgment on cultural and adaptability fit.
• Excellent written communication and a high personal standard of work.
• Ownership mindset, treating every open role as your own to close successfully.
