Senior Technical Architect (Dubai)

About the role

As a Senior Technical Architect you will partner with customers and Salesforce partners to design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, guide implementation teams and ensure successful project outcomes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision for engagements, creating solution designs that align with customer goals and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with project and engagement managers to plan, coordinate and monitor delivery activities.
• Provide hands‑on configuration and development (Apex, LWC, declarative tools) when required to meet specific customer needs.
• Mentor and guide diverse delivery teams, including customers, partners and internal consultants.
• Support pre‑sales activities by articulating technical value propositions and participating in solution workshops.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience delivering large‑scale CRM, ERP or HR solutions, with a strong background in object‑oriented programming.
• Proven ability to analyze, design and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to travel regionally to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding senior stakeholders and driving transformational initiatives.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Declarative development).
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Enterprise integration concepts, ESB/ETL tools and data modeling.
• Agile delivery methodologies.
• GitHub version‑control workflows.
• Salesforce Communications Cloud knowledge.
• Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications (preferred).
• Additional certifications such as Salesforce Javascript Developer or OmniStudio Consultant are a plus.
