Senior Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Analog is looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer and partner solutions across its portfolio in Abu Dhabi. This customer‑facing position will own the execution of signed agreements, ensuring scope, timelines and quality are met while building strong relationships with government and enterprise stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer contracts, guaranteeing deliverables meet agreed scope, schedule and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary delivery partner for customers, fostering trusted relationships with government, enterprise and strategic partners.
• Translate contracts and statements of work into detailed project plans, milestones and responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, product, AI research, robotics partners and business units.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding, training and hand‑over activities to ensure customers realize the intended value.
• Provide structured status updates and executive‑level reporting to customers and internal leadership.
• Capture lessons learned, refine delivery playbooks and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer engagement model.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in technical delivery, engagement or program management with direct customer‑facing responsibility.
• Background in AI, robotics, digital platforms or enterprise‑scale deployments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders in government or enterprise contexts.
• Demonstrated success in owning end‑to‑end delivery of large contracts or programs, ensuring on‑time and in‑scope outcomes.
