Senior Technical Engineer - Data Centre

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of data‑centre and network solutions across its global IT landscape. The role sits within the Digital Platforms and Employee Experience team and supports the airline’s ambition to deliver resilient, high‑performance technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver robust data‑centre and network solutions that meet business requirements and corporate standards.
• Provide expert technical consultancy to Emirates Group IT teams and act as the lead technical member on assigned projects.
• Ensure solutions meet service‑level expectations for availability, capacity, performance, security and reliability.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies while maintaining enterprise development methodologies.
• Mentor and foster high‑performing technical teams to achieve strategic architectural objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior technical engineering roles within data‑centre, network or telecom environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical designs and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams and stakeholders.
