Senior Technical Engineer – Workplace Services AV Engineer

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to lead Workplace Services AV engineering. The role will design, develop and deliver high‑quality AV and collaboration solutions that meet business needs and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultancy and act as lead technical member for AV and workplace services projects.
• Design and implement robust AV solutions, including Microsoft Teams Room Systems, video walls and AVoIP projects, ensuring compliance with AVIXA standards.
• Develop solution architectures aligned with enterprise architecture standards and oversee end‑of‑life equipment replacement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to monitor services, manage incidents, and ensure service‑level targets for availability, performance and security.
• Produce and maintain detailed documentation, design artefacts and deployment guides.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent with at least 5 years of IT experience.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Teams Room Systems and large‑scale AV deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with IT service management tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.
