Senior Technical Project Manager (Airline Reservation & Revenue Management Systems)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large‑scale programmes across airline reservation, inventory and revenue‑management domains. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage multiple airline customers and external partners, and ensure seamless integration and on‑time delivery of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of airline reservation and revenue‑management projects, from scoping to hypercare.
• Manage several customer engagements in parallel, aligning requirements, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with third‑party solution providers, GDS partners and technology vendors to secure integration and delivery commitments.
• Oversee system migrations, API integrations, EDIFACT/NDC message flows, and platform enhancements, including cut‑over planning and data reconciliation.
• Drive risk management, change control and stakeholder communication, maintaining a live risk register.
• Ensure compliance with IATA, PADIS and NDC standards and internal quality frameworks.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and arbitrate between business and engineering teams.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and delivery performance, reporting to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in airline IT project delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with airline reservation systems, PSS, GDS connectivity, revenue‑management or inventory control platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder programmes, vendors and partners.
• Strong risk, change‑control and budget management skills.
