Senior Technical Recruiter – IT Talent (Dubai)

About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead the sourcing and delivery of top‑tier IT talent for both contract and permanent positions within Dautom’s Dubai office. You will leverage deep knowledge of the UAE market to provide fast, high‑quality recruitment solutions for a range of technology roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals and internal databases, building pipelines for Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, DevOps, Data, Full‑Stack and other key skillsets.
• Screen and evaluate IT professionals on technical expertise, project experience, communication skills and cultural fit, validating availability, notice period, salary expectations and certifications.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Delivery teams to understand urgent and niche requirements, prioritising based on turnaround time and client expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding – while keeping candidates informed and engaged.
• Track and report daily/weekly metrics on submissions, interviews, offers and joinings, maintaining accurate data in the ATS/CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UAE hiring trends, notice periods, visa categories and candidate availability.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field.
• Target‑driven, high ownership, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
