Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join a fast‑growing tech company and help build the recruitment function from the ground up. This fully remote position offers the chance to own end‑to‑end hiring for a portfolio of roles while shaping processes, tools, and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closing.
• Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing sprints.
• Conduct 30‑minute screen calls to evaluate background, motivation and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics, prepare candidates and keep the process moving efficiently.
• Drive the offer process, understand candidate motivations, address blockers and secure acceptances.
• Contribute to building the recruitment function: ATS setup, workflow documentation and screen‑call standards.
• Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates and report patterns to the Head of Recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth tech environment or specialist agency.
• Strong instinct for identifying high‑potential candidates beyond credentials.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• High ambition, personal accountability and data‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a nascent, evolving recruitment function.
