Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Heating & Hot Water Systems

About the role

Viessmann Climate Solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to lead the development of heating and hot water system solutions in the UAE. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to create accurate proposals, support distributors, and drive growth in residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial estimates for boilers, heat pumps, hybrid systems, storage tanks, hydraulic layouts and control solutions.
• Review project specifications, tender documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to distributors during project development, configuration and optimisation.
• Conduct technical training sessions and product workshops for partners.
• Identify and support project opportunities, collaborate with regional sales teams and present technical concepts to customers.
• Assist in negotiations by delivering technical clarifications and value‑engineering proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in technical sales of heating and hot water systems.
• Proven ability to develop accurate sizing, performance calculations and cost‑effective solutions.
• Experience supporting distributors and key accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills for customer meetings, training and technical documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and adapt to local market requirements.
