Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

About the role

Cortec Middle East is seeking a driven Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join its Industrial Division in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our corrosion‑control portfolio, delivering tailored asset‑integrity solutions across industrial, building and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close sales opportunities by promoting Cortec concrete durability and asset‑preservation solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: review specifications, conduct site visits, prepare reports, negotiate commercial terms and issue quotations.
• Coordinate with distributors and service‑provider teams to nurture shared leads and pipelines.
• Supervise on‑site engineering services, including installation, commissioning, training and maintenance while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and opportunity progress in the CRM system.
• Develop deep product knowledge and communicate technical and economic value to diverse stakeholders.
• Participate in professional societies, publish technical articles and contribute to industry standards.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience selling system solutions such as chemical inhibitors, asset‑integrity or corrosion‑related services to industrial customers.
• Strong familiarity with international standards (NACE, AMPP, ACI, ASTM) applied in technical and commercial contexts.
• Proven ability to work with distributors and service providers to manage joint sales pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience delivering site engineering support, including installation and commissioning.
