Senior Traffic Engineer – Dubai Projects

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Traffic Engineer to lead complex traffic studies, modelling and mobility assessments for major developments in Dubai, working closely with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) for approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Traffic Impact Studies, traffic modelling and capacity assessments.
• Undertake junction analysis, signal optimisation and microsimulation.
• Develop and review traffic mitigation and access solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, client presentations and coordinate with RTA.
• Review traffic, junction and road designs from operational and safety perspectives.
• Mentor engineers and support technical delivery across major projects.

Required profile

• BSc in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
• 5–10 years of traffic engineering and transport planning experience.
• Proven experience with Dubai RTA TIS requirements and approval processes.
• RTA Prequalification for Traffic Impact Studies.
• Strong technical writing, reporting and client‑facing capabilities.
