Senior Transportation Engineer

About the role

KEO is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer to join its award‑winning Infrastructure team in Dubai. You will lead the development of traffic and transportation designs for complex projects, supporting the firm’s vision of delivering innovative built and natural environment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Access and Circulation Studies, Transportation Impact Studies and Master Plans.
• Produce traffic survey data reports and assess intersection operations using SYNCHRO, Sidra and HCS.
• Support strategic and micro‑simulation transport models, including VISUM and VISSIM.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and approving authorities.
• Review and check team outputs to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Mentor junior staff and respond to RFPs with technical and financial proposals.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, public agencies and clients.
• Contribute to master plans for new cities and towns using CUBE & STEAM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in transportation engineering.
• Proven ability to lead projects and guide multidisciplinary teams.
