Senior Vice President - Business Process Re-engineering

About the role

RAKBANK is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead its Business Process Re‑engineering agenda. You will drive the bank’s transformation strategy, focusing on operational excellence, process optimisation, AI adoption and intelligent automation to improve efficiency, customer experience and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Lead large‑scale projects across operations, risk, finance, compliance and support functions.
• Champion process simplification, Lean methodologies, automation and AI‑driven solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for productivity, scalability, cost efficiency and better customer outcomes.
• Establish governance, performance metrics and value‑realisation frameworks for all initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to manage change and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all transformation activities comply with regulatory, risk and governance requirements.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting or Enterprise Transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation and operational excellence programmes.
• Strong expertise in process re‑engineering, digital transformation, automation, AI and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
