Senior Vice President - Business Process Reengineering

About the role

At RAKBANK, the Senior Vice President – Business Process Reengineering will lead the bank’s transformation agenda, driving operational excellence, process optimisation and AI‑enabled automation to improve efficiency, customer experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead large‑scale initiatives across banking, operations, risk, finance, compliance and support functions.
• Champion operational excellence through process simplification, Lean methodologies, automation and AI‑driven solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to boost productivity, scalability, cost efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Establish transformation governance, performance metrics and value‑realisation frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to manage change and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory, risk and governance requirements.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation and operational excellence programmes.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
