Senior VIP Relationship Manager – CIS Region

About the role

OKX is a leading crypto exchange seeking a Senior VIP Relationship Manager for the CIS region. You will act as the primary liaison for high‑value trading clients, helping them navigate the platform’s products and driving revenue growth. The role combines client relationship management, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for actively trading VIP clients.
• Expand relationships with existing customers through regular communication and needs assessment.
• Guide users through OKX’s product suite, VIP structure, and platform updates.
• Manage VIP upgrades and tailor product configurations.
• Drive revenue growth from trusted accounts and scale business partnerships.
• Contribute to regional strategies, set objectives, and meet timelines.
• Support product and engineering teams on development initiatives.
• Participate in regional online and offline marketing events and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices.
• Monitor competitor activity, analyse market trends, and provide insights to improve VIP offerings.

Required profile

• Account management experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX or related fields.
• Strong client management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Solid project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving approach.
• Understanding of trading systems and APIs is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel for business across CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English and native Russian proficiency.
