SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Magna Financial is seeking a commercially‑minded SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to own search and digital performance for its core business and its newly acquired Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy. You will drive online visibility, qualified traffic and measurable growth across multiple websites and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including technical, on‑page and off‑page optimisation.
• Own GEO strategies to improve visibility on AI‑powered and generative search platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover organic growth opportunities.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, optimising budgets, bids and targeting.
• Improve website conversion rates through landing‑page optimisation, A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers and the marketing team to enhance site performance, user experience and digital journeys.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Produce performance reports and use data‑driven insights to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, PPC and digital performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on‑page and off‑page optimisation.
• Experience managing Google Ads and paid‑search campaigns.
• Knowledge of GEO and AI‑powered search trends.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Commercial focus with a track record of driving traffic, conversions and business growth.
• Financial services, professional services or B2B background is advantageous.
