SEO & GEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & GEO Manager to lead organic and AI‑answer visibility across all markets and languages where STARTRADER operates. The role combines multilingual technical SEO, content authority strategy and AI‑driven search engine optimisation to drive registrations and funded accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end organic growth strategy for every market, including multilingual keyword and intent architecture.
• Develop and maintain topical maps, on‑page standards and technical SEO audits that survive translation.
• Build and optimise presence inside AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot.
• Direct regional SEO specialists and agency partners without a direct reporting line.
• Leverage AI tools to automate briefs, audits and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with YMYL regulations.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing, manage budget and be accountable for traffic, rankings and their impact on registrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multilingual SEO programmes at a global scale.
• Strong understanding of regulated (YMYL) environments and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable acquisition outcomes.
