SEO Specialist

About the role

VML is seeking an SEO Specialist to lead technical SEO initiatives across its digital platforms in Dubai. The role focuses on improving search visibility, AI‑readability, indexing efficiency and overall technical health of the websites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Monitor crawlability, indexation, canonical tags, redirects and sitemap health.
• Implement and validate schema markup across pages.
• Analyze Core Web Vitals and page‑speed metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Optimize internal linking structures and overall site architecture.
• Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO tools.
• Support AI‑readability and structured content optimization projects.
• Collaborate closely with development and content teams to execute recommendations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency or large brand environment.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on‑page optimization and AI‑driven search.
• Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems and communicate findings.

• Google Search Console (GSC)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Schema markup implementation and validation
• Core Web Vitals analysis and page‑speed optimization
• AI‑search and AI‑readability optimization
