Server – Russian Speaker (F&B Attendant)

About the role

As an F&B Attendant – Russian Speaker at Fairmont Ajman, you will deliver warm, attentive, and personalized food and beverage service while communicating confidently with Russian‑speaking guests. You will help create memorable dining experiences that reflect Fairmont’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations in both Russian and English.
• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintain clean service areas, and assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Fluent Russian language skills and good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, guest‑focused attitude, and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
