Service Advisor – Multi‑Brand Automotive

About the role

The Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers entering the workshop. You will act as the bridge between customers and the service team, ensuring a professional, customer‑focused experience while vehicles receive top‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles, document existing damage and customer concerns accurately.
• Record customer requirements to enable efficient service delivery.
• Oversee vehicle handover, informing customers of completed work and future maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Follow up after service to confirm satisfaction, assess repair quality, and remind customers of upcoming maintenance.
• Build strong relationships through clear, timely communication of estimates, approvals, and costs.
• Collaborate with workshop foremen and technicians to ensure accurate information flow.
• Identify and validate customer concerns, distinguishing normal wear from issues needing correction.
• Prepare precise repair and maintenance estimates and manage cost negotiations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail when documenting vehicle condition and service requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with workshop staff and coordinate service activities.
