Service Analyst – Global Trade & Receivables Finance (UAE National)

About the role

The Service Analyst will support Global Trade Services (GTS) operations, ensuring smooth delivery of day‑to‑day activities across the core trade product suite, both import and export. The role requires strong technical knowledge of trade finance rules and a commitment to delivering world‑class customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain superior customer service by improving operational performance and meeting SLA targets.
• Manage resources, allocate work, and adjust staffing to cover absenteeism and business needs.
• Ensure procedural updates are communicated accurately and on time.
• Deliver zero Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) breaches and uphold AML and sanctions policies.
• Monitor service quality, set benchmarks, and drive high performance.
• Oversee pending and referral queues, ensuring timely closure of aged items.
• Identify issues proactively, drive resolutions, and share best practices across GTS teams.
• Build strong relationships with Regional Business Development and Product Risk teams.

Required profile

• UAE national with strong technical knowledge of trade finance operations.
• Ability to work flexibly within a high‑performing, collaborative team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance and risk standards.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage resources and prioritize workload.

Required skills

• Understanding of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules.
• Familiarity with GTS FIM and GOPs.
• Knowledge of internal controls, Group Compliance policies, International Sanctions and AML requirements.
