About the role
The Service Contract Controller ensures the profitability of service contracts for the Bus Division of FAMCO, analysing data, generating reports and liaising with customers, workshop teams and senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyse service contract data from the ERP system and produce timely reports for management.
- Alert workshop managers and senior leaders to exceptions that could affect contract profitability.
- Maintain communication with contract customers on technical and commercial matters to secure positive feedback.
- Coordinate with workshop and sales teams to meet contract objectives and monitor profitability.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing service contracts in an automotive dealership.
- Valid UAE driver’s licence and strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Sound technical knowledge of service contracts and ERP data handling.
