Service Contract Executive – Electric Mobility

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Service Contract Executive to join the BYD Aftersales team within Al‑Futtaim Automotive. The role focuses on creating, maintaining and pricing service contracts for electric vehicles, ensuring data accuracy and supporting branches across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update service contracts for new vehicle models and existing contracts.
• Maintain contract data in SAP IS‑AUTO, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
• Manage parts pricing, cost structures and fleet customer contracts.
• Process contract transfers, terminations, reinstatements and refund payouts.
• Provide contract‑related guidance to branches and generate ad‑hoc reports.
• Support pricing initiatives, corporate pricing requests and new business programs.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Finance, Fleet, Pricing and Branch Operations to prevent revenue leakage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma; automotive background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with service contracts and pricing.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
