Service Delivery Lead (Fleet)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead (Fleet) to oversee daily vehicle deployment, route planning and logistics coordination for waste collection operations in Dubai. The role ensures safe, efficient and uninterrupted service by managing fleet utilization and responding to operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily vehicle deployment and resource allocation, targeting zero missed collections.
• Plan, optimise and maintain collection routes, vehicle schedules and fleet utilisation.
• Dispatch vehicles promptly and coordinate responses to breakdowns, emergencies and service disruptions.
• Monitor vehicle movements to ensure adherence to routes, schedules and operational requirements.
• Manage fleet‑related transactions and documentation such as registrations, permits, GPS activations and renewals.
• Maintain accurate fleet, asset and inventory records.
• Track vehicle availability, maintenance, fuel consumption and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers, helpers, dispatchers, maintenance, HSE and other operations teams.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in fleet management or related logistics operations.
