Service Delivery Project Manager

About the role

The Service Delivery Project Manager will lead the delivery and operational excellence of our Security Operations Center (SOC) and broader Information Security services. You will ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, compliance and continuous improvement across all security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of SOC and Information Security services, meeting SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical service, security and operational issues.
• Conduct regular service reviews and provide operational reports to customers and management.
• Drive service improvement initiatives, operational maturity programs and continuous service improvement.
• Manage service risks, resource planning, capacity management and operational readiness.
• Oversee 24x7 SOC monitoring, detection, incident response and threat management activities.
• Ensure effective handling of security incidents, escalations, investigations and recovery with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor SOC performance metrics and ensure adherence to incident response timelines.
• Lead cyber incident drills, tabletop exercises and lessons‑learned reviews.
• Maintain knowledge‑management processes for threats, incidents and use cases.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise SOC processes, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security and Cyber Security.
• 5+ years of experience in service delivery or project management within a SOC environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, Six Sigma, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor, ITIL.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
