Service Engineer Fire & Life Safety (FLS)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Engineer specialized in Fire & Life Safety (FLS) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves maintaining and supporting a range of safety and building systems to ensure reliable operation and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on FLS, Security, BMS, AV, ELV, ICT, Fire Fighting and HVAC systems.
• Monitor system performance, respond to service calls and adhere to service level agreements.
• Diagnose faults, conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Carry out system inspections, upgrades and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements, track project records and suggest system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and information security standards while delivering quality customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in servicing fire, life safety and related building systems.
• Strong knowledge of FLS, Security, BMS, AV, ELV, ICT, Fire Fighting and HVAC technologies.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work independently on site.
