Service Leader – Slickline

About the role

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Service Leader for its Slickline operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supervising day‑to‑day activities of Slickline service and shop personnel, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Slickline service crews and shop staff to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in hiring, mentoring, and disciplinary actions for crew members.
• Assess competence of Service Supervisors, Operators and Operator Assistants.
• Provide technical guidance on job designs based on downhole conditions.
• Interact with customers on‑site, gather feedback, and resolve execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes and regulatory requirements.
• Collect job performance data, customer feedback and process job packets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Supervisor in Slickline or related oilfield services.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop crew members.
• Strong understanding of safety, regulatory and change‑management procedures.
