Service Sales Manager

About the role

You will drive growth of Danfoss’ Lifecycle Services business in the UAE by linking customers to service solutions that boost performance, reliability and long‑term value. Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with sales teams, partners and business leaders to turn service opportunities into measurable revenue while helping customers maximise the return on their installed systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop service sales opportunities with new and existing customers to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key end‑customers, acting as the primary point of contact for service accounts.
• Negotiate service contracts and agreements that deliver long‑term value for both customers and Danfoss.
• Provide service knowledge, training and sales support to Danfoss sales teams and partners.
• Collect and share customer and market feedback to help improve the service portfolio.

Required profile

• Experience in lifecycle services, service sales or account management within an industrial or technical environment.
• Understanding of variable frequency drives, drives or power electronics and ability to translate technical value into customer benefits.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities to interpret sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
