Service Supervisor I-Cementing

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site, ensuring quality service for the customer.
• Plan job execution, provide crew instructions, select equipment and resolve disputes within approved limits.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering work that meets expectations.
• Direct the activities of service operators and manage site crew, including Halliburton and non‑Halliburton personnel.
• Organise clean‑up, repair and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as required.
• Evaluate individual crew performance and train operators to improve their skills.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities that impact revenue centre viability and service quality.
• Promote safety awareness, environmental consciousness and compliance with all HSE procedures and regulations.
• Participate actively in the Quality Improvement Process.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one year of experience as a Service Operator – Cementing, II.
• Licensure to operate commercial equipment may be required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in an oil‑field service environment.
