Service Supervisor I‑Slickline

About the role

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Service Supervisor I‑Slickline to lead a crew delivering slickline operations across a defined geographic area. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction at well sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew in providing the least complex slickline services under general supervision.
• Ensure onsite customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relations.
• Review job designs, verify equipment, WPCE, and downhole tools are ready and correct.
• Execute all job tasks in compliance with Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes.
• Apply technical knowledge to resolve unexpected situations and coordinate with HES operations base.
• Perform emergency equipment maintenance as needed.
• Maintain assigned equipment and adhere to safety regulations.
• Train service operators and assistants, and promote safety and environmental awareness.
• Conduct and document HSE activities, complete well‑site paperwork, and participate in post‑job reviews.
• Identify sales opportunities for additional HES products and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a crew in slickline or related oilfield services.
• Strong technical knowledge of slickline equipment, WPCE, and downhole tools.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental procedures.
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction and third‑party coordination.
• Willingness to train and develop junior team members.
