Service Technician – Automotive Workshop

About the role

The Service Technician will perform service and maintenance operations on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction in a busy workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct repairs, oil changes, tyre services, brake replacements and air‑conditioning re‑gas on all makes and models.
• Complete check sheets, vehicle write‑ups and provide accurate repair estimations to customers.
• Use diagnostic technology, intelligent testers and scan tools to identify mechanical and electronic faults.
• Maintain tools, equipment and parts inventory, and ensure safe handling of hazardous substances.
• Deliver work on schedule, achieve zero repeat repairs and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing cars and light commercial vehicles.
• UAE clean driving licence preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic or other languages a plus.
