Services Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Services Sales Account Manager to expand our services portfolio, including maintenance and service contracts, across the Abu Dhabi market. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and delivering revenue targets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for professional and managed services.
• Develop and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Lead internal pre‑sales and ACS contributors to produce timely, tailored service proposals.
• Meet quarterly and annual booking targets and other performance objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and prioritize activities under tight deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal sales teams.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience selling services such as maintenance contracts or managed services.
• Proven track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BS/BA degree preferred, though experience outweighs formal education.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
