About the role
The Showroom Manager will lead the Freelander showroom in Dubai, driving sales performance and ensuring the showroom operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is central to delivering the premium luxury automotive experience that Al Tayer Motors is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and lead showroom sales to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure smooth, efficient and effective functioning of the showroom.
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate with sales and service teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in showroom or automotive sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
