About the role

The SINYAR Explorer Programme is a six‑month, paid, part‑time initiative designed to bridge academic learning with real‑world insurance practice. Participants will work four hours a day, Monday to Friday, gaining hands‑on exposure to Orient Insurance’s operations while building a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Attend industry‑led technical training sessions covering core insurance concepts.
• Rotate across multiple business functions to understand cross‑functional processes.
• Support day‑to‑day insurance projects and assist senior staff with data‑driven tasks.
• Engage in mentorship meetings with experienced professionals.
• Develop workplace competencies such as communication, teamwork and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Emirati national.
• High school graduate, diploma student, university student (not currently employed) or fresh graduate.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to start a career in insurance.
