Site Administrator – Construction (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Al Sahraa Group is looking for a proactive Site Administrator to support daily operations at its construction site in Abu Dhabi. The role blends administrative expertise with a solid understanding of health and safety standards in the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all site‑level administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and record keeping.
• Serve as the primary contact for site‑related inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and other documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Track site expenses, prepare expense reports, and support budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new site employees.
• Manage site inventory, coordinate with procurement for supplies, and support the site manager as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of administrative experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
