Site Architect – High-End Residential Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Architect to act as the client’s on‑site representative for a high‑end residential development in the UAE. You will ensure that construction delivery aligns with approved architectural designs by reviewing shop drawings, RFIs and material submittals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs and material submittals.
• Monitor construction progress to guarantee compliance with the approved design.
• Coordinate with design teams and contractors to resolve on‑site issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities and decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of architectural experience, preferably on hospitality, hotel or high‑end residential projects.
• At least one site‑based delivery role as a designer’s or client’s representative.
• Experience with high‑rise or mid‑rise buildings.
• Consultancy or client‑representation background (not a contractor).
• Based in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah with flexibility to work full‑time on‑site in RAK.
