Site Architect – High-End Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Site Architect to act as the client’s representative for a high‑end residential development in the UAE. The role involves overseeing construction on‑site, reviewing shop drawings, RFIs and material submittals, and ensuring that the build aligns with the approved design.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs and material submittals on a daily basis.
• Monitor construction progress to guarantee compliance with design intent.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors and the client’s team to resolve on‑site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce reports for the client.
• Maintain a 5‑day work week schedule, with flexibility to be full‑time on‑site in Ras Al Khaimah.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel or high‑end branded residential projects.
• At least one site‑based delivery role acting as the designer’s or client’s representative.
• Experience with high‑rise or mid‑rise residential buildings.
• Background in consultancy or client representation (not a contractor).
• Based in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah with willingness to work on‑site.
