Site Architect

About the role

10 Design, part of the Egis Group, is seeking a Site Architect to uphold architectural integrity and ensure project compliance across complex, multicultural developments. The role involves rigorous review of construction documents, mentorship of junior staff, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of architectural submissions to verify strict adherence to project specifications.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional development and a culture of excellence.
• Coordinate with façade, landscape, interior design, and external area disciplines to ensure seamless integration of all architectural elements.
• Implement and oversee the Assurance system in line with project requirements and industry best practices.
• Perform QA/QC on current IFC packages, identifying discrepancies, scope gaps, and missing details.
• Review plans, elevations, sections, and details for completeness and compliance with project standards.
• Ensure all front‑of‑house, common, back‑of‑house, and service areas are detailed correctly, including finishes and constructability considerations.

Required profile

• Architectural background with strong knowledge of design documentation and construction processes.
• Experience in QA/QC and architectural compliance reviews.
• Ability to provide authoritative guidance and mentorship to project teams.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple design disciplines.
